Spring Renewal

Spring invites renewal—let go of what no longer serves you, from old beliefs to outdated clothes. Reconnect with nature, romanticize your self-care, and embrace what makes you feel alive. You’re allowed to grow, evolve, and bloom into the version of yourself you’re becoming.

Detoxing Body & Soul

While some choose to start fresh on January 1st, I have to admit—I come alive somewhere around March or April, when I emerge from my hibernation and remember that life is beautiful again. It feels like the perfect time for a fresh start and a renewed mindset, letting go of everything that may or may not have added to the winter blues

Decluttering & Spring Cleaning

Remember? Clean home – clean mind. It’s spring cleaning time. I would of course recommend a clean home at all times, but there are certain rituals I like to reserve for spring time:

  • throwing out everything I no longer need and donating old clothes
  • redecorating
  • buying fresh flowers
  • washing windows and curtains
  • deep cleaning kitchen and bath
  • filling the space with a beautiful scent
Self Care & Beauty Refresh

There’s something very romantic about springtime—the sunshine, the scent of blooming flowers, people falling in love (including with themselves). So, romanticize the way you care for your well-being, your self-care routine. Find what makes you glow and feel refreshed, what makes you blossom.

  • move your body
  • listen to new music while out and about
  • discover new beauty products
  • or a new fragrance
  • maybe it’s time to shift your style into something that feels more aligned with who you are right now
  • dance
  • workout
  • talk to beloved people
  • fall in love.
Embracing Nature

We don’t need to wait for things to go downhill to reconnect with nature. Plan a hike with friends or visit a beautiful botanical garden. Plant something new, or simply spend some quiet time by the water. Slow down. Breathe. Nature has a way of calming the nervous system, easing stress, and filling your lungs with fresh air.

Visionboards & Inspirations

It’s time to envision your best and happiest self. My personal mantra:

I live and I love.

It’s a reminder to stay connected to all the things that make me feel alive, but also soothe my heart. I like to gather everything that sparks that feeling and turn it into a personal moodboard. Mine’s hanging on the fridge—a daily reminder of what inspires me, and a quiet nudge to never settle for less than what truly makes me happy.

Let go..

of everything that no longer fits the current version of you. Of the beliefs you once held, but can’t seem to claim as truth anymore. Of the clothes meant for a future self you’re not sure you’re becoming. The home that no longer feels like yours. The people who now drain your energy—even if, once, they made you feel full. Seasons change, and so do we. ❤
